Why does my screen slip down on iPhone 7.

On my iPhone 7 the screen slips down at times .No idea if it's normal .
On the first pic my screen is normal but in the next pic the apps slips down .It happens also when I open certain apps .Is this anything to do with rotation view .am totally confused

It's a feature called reachability. It happens when you lightly double tap the home button so you can easily reach the top of the screen.

Thank you so much ,was very worried .I have upgraded from iPhone 5 ,doubt that feature was in that .Thought something was wrong with the phone .

It's an extremely useful feature, in my opinion. Especially if you ever go up in size to a plus. It makes one handed use possible.
