Why does my iphone 8 plus boot up with just a press ?

I bought an iPhone 8 plus a few days ago and i’m loving it .But when I completely turned off the phone and just pressed the power button it booted up. All iPhones that i know of require you to hold down the power button in order to boot it up but it’s not the case with me because i just press it once and it boots up,i literally just press the button and it shows me the apple logo after a few seconds
It’s not an issue technically just thought i’d ask if there is anything wrong with my iphone thank you

You don't have to hold down the power button anymore. Just tap it and the phone will begin to boot up.
