iPhone 6 loses wifi in standby mode

Hi, I have a problem with my iPhone for some time. The wifi works regularly while using the phone, but as soon as the phone goes into standby mode after about 10 minutes, lost the WiFi and reconnect only after I unlocked the screen. How can I fix? Thank you

That is how the phone works. It turns off the wifi to conserve power.
