I assume this happens when you're logged in via a web browser. If so, it's probably a security issue designed to protect your account from being accessed by unauthorized people.
It may be a signal issue. If wifi, toggle it off, then back on. That doesn't work, then Reset Network Settings.
Reset Network Settings Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.
