why does my iphone 6 ask for my yahoo password each time i save or edit a contact on my phone book?

My iphone 6 pops up a message which asks for my yahoo email password each time i save a new number or edit a number on my phone book. Please any idea how i can resolve this?

Try deleting the yahoo account and re add it.
