Why does my iPhone 5s restart every 3-4 minutes with a blue screen?

my iphone 5s restarts every 3-4 minutes with a blue screen

I was replacing my iphone's 5s screen and battery. when I put it together the phone turns on stays on for about 3-4 minutes than the BSOD appears for about 1-2 seconds and the phone restarts. I have updated my phone to ios 9.1 the problem is steel here

Retrace your steps to make sure you did everything right or make a genius bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them fix it for you.
