It's difficult to tell what is causing your issue but if it continues I would suggest you plug into iTunes and do a full restore after performing a complete back up
Try Reset Network Settings
Reset Network Settings
Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.
If network settings reset wont help, try full reset... Hold the Sleep/Wake button as well as the Home button down for about 10 seconds, or until you see the Apple logo appear on your screen.
