I moved all my pictures to Dropbox. My storage is almost full cause the photos still show that I'm using 3.0 gb. I have no pictures in my photos

More than likely it is something else. Tether to iTunes. Look at the bottom and see how much it says is in 'Other'. Those are cached files among other things that Apple puts into that category, If you have alot you can try and backup your phone first, Set up as new and then use your backup to put everything back on your phone and should make space also.
