Why does my IPAD mini constantly cancel when I am in the middle of something. Web reload??

When I am looking up information or on a website the entire page goes blank and says web reload. Happens non stop. Please advise.

I don't know, but the problem may not be with your iPad Mini. Do you have a stable internet connection? Do you have a stable Wi-Fi connection? When was the last time you rebooted your iPad, router and modem?
