Why does my Chase app no longer work on my iPhone 4?

chase app no longer works on my iphone 4

deleted old chase app and tried to install new one. will not install prior to version 7

Are you saying you're running an older version of iOS? And the new app does not support it?

If that is what you're saying, I'm not sure there is anything you can do if the older version is not available.

You can update to iOS 7. Or, access your bank online in Safari on your phone. Or, upgrade your phone. Or, not access Chase at all on your phone.
