Why do songs get deleted when I enable iCloud music library?

Songs get deleted when i enable iCloud music library

When I switch on and enable iCloud music library in my iPhone, some of my songs get deleted. Only songs which I have purchased, remain in the playlist.

How do I keep the iCloud music library enabled and make sure that my songs don't get deleted.
