why do my photos look out of focus on my laptop screen?

When I take photos with my iPhone 6 they look ok on the phone screen but when I edit them and they go to my macbook air they look out of focus

I don't know. What specifically do you do when you 'edit them'? Also, how do they look on your MacBook Air if you do not edit them?

First, check how they look on your macbook air without editing. Maybe your editing program do sth wrong...
