Why do I keep getting the message to change stores?

I reside in New Zealand now not Australia anymore and I have updated the App account through the icon in my settings o my Iphone and through itunes to New Zealand a number of times and I keep getting the message to change store. What am I doing wrong???

You're likely doin nothing wrong... Apps purchased under the Aus AppStore have to be updated when your account is associated with the Aus AppStore.
