Why do I have a blank Music App on my iPhone?

When I tap the Music App. there is a blank screen, no menu, no nothing. Just a little icon at the top that keeps spinning. What a piece of crap!

If you are indeed talking about the Native IOS app that came installed on your device whatever that may be?? iPhone - iPad - Mac? Try a hard reset. Do you have recently upgraded device meaning a new OS you just updated, A bit more info would help.
