Why did my iPhone 5S recently stopped backing up photos to iCloud on my PC?

I have always had my icloud on my pc to transfer photos, however a couple weeks ago I noticed it no longer backs up my photos, my photos are the only thing backed up through icloud. Not sure if this is a phone or pc problem?

I don't see how it is an iPhone problem when it is your PC that is not backing up photos to iCloud. Right? Anyway, try logging out of iCloud on your PC and then signing back in.
