Why did my Iphone 4 display suddenly turn off?

My display is turned off and became unresponsive, but my Iphone 4 is turned on, when someone calls it rings, if i press the silent key it vibrates but no display.I plugged it to my computer and itunes detected it like it normally does.....................my power button doesn't work so i can't do a hard reset and i can't perform a reset from itunes cuz "find my iphone" is switched on in icloud. Is there any other solution??

Did your power button fail simultaneously with the display? That might be a clue to the problem. However, with these problems it might be time for an upgrade...
