Why can't players hear me when I talk to them when playing games?

Talking to the players I play when playing a game

when I talk to the players...I can hear them..But they can not hear me. Why can not they hear me ??????

Did you give the game access to the microphone?

I think it is your microphone or their headphone/speaker, sometimes I have the same problem with my microphone. The reason is some driver missed
