My brand new iPhone 6 plus won't connect to 3G internet, even though I have 2 or 3 bars. When it's connected to LTE it works just fine. I have Verizon, I've tried resetting the network, switching to airplane mode and an overall reset of the phone and nothing works!HELP!

Have you tried contacting Verizon Wireless t see if they can troubleshoot on their end? Also, if you go into the Settings and disable LTE, does the phone connect to 4G? Never mind. Just contact VZW.

The 3G symbol shows up, it just won't load anything. I have tried contacting Verizon and they have yet to answer/respond
