Why can't I update to iOS 8.3

I press update and it says downloading the. After awhile it says preparing update then it says an error has occurred and I have good wifi signal at home i tried turning off my phone but that didn't work

Connect your iPhone to iTunes and download the update then update you device using iTunes

Because you're lucky. Just kidding but has given me problems with audio in games. No audio.

The problem could lie on Apple's side. You can either wait until it clears or as has already been stated, update via iTunes.

Either reboot your device or do a clean install of the latest update. Also, check the volume level, mute switch, etcetera, just in case.

Thanks. Can't believe it WAS the mute switch. Was gonna contact Apple later today. A big 👍 to just me D. Big 👎for me.
