I can't update my games on my I phone I am in the Kettering area

I haven't been able to update any of my games on my I phone for 2 weeks now I have an I phone 5s is it the phone or the area ?

Have you attempted to log out of the App Store, restart the phone, and log back in? Also, make sure your account information is correct.
