Why can't I stream movies on my iPhone?

Can't stream movies on my iphone.

When trying to stream already purchased movies or series in my iPhone I get a message that indicates that I cannot download movies that I need wifi... I was able to stream them a few weeks back... now i cannot do it. Any help, thanks.
