Why can't I sign out of my iCloud account?

I can not sign out of my icloud account

I no longer have the email that is assigned to it and don't remember the password. How do i get signed out? Help! Desperate!!!

Without the password, you cannot log out of the account. If you have no way of resetting it, you now own a paperweight.
