I cant send pictures or receive pictures on my iphone6s from non iphone users

I dont receive photos and cant send photos to people with out iphones

Go into Settings>Messages and make sure MMS Messaging is turned on. If it is and you still cannot send or receive MMS to/from non-iPhone users, you might want to try talking to your Phone Carrier, since sending MMS to non-iPhone users is handled through your carrier, where as iMessage MMS is handled through Apple's messaging system.
