why cant i see my iphone 6 when i plug it in my laptop

it happened when I installed itune on my laptop. I uninstalled the itune already but i still can't see the device

What brand of laptop? What operating system is installed? When iTunes was installed, was the device detected? If so, reinstall iTunes.
