Why can't I scroll up when typing a message?

IOS 8 display problem

I downloaded IOS8 to my iPad
Once I did it screen displays do not work properly.
Example:
Gmail
Typing a message I can see only the first lines that I am typing then I type and can't see what I am typing.
Can't scroll up.

Same thing happens with any app.

8.1 did not resolve problem
