Also why doesnt it have a memory card to store family pictues etc.. Rigjt now i have samsung note2, i want switch but every one tells me no. That mine is better. Please tell me i really want to sswitch

Stop bowing to peer pressure and do what YOU want...

No, there is no user serviceable battery... in reality, they don't fail very often so it's not a big deal... removable storage? Buy a 64 or 128GB device... and it's not a real issue either.
