I want to mean that all the files to be moved to iphone has to be done through itunes and not be copy/paste. it's a bit hectic. Is there any other way to do that more easily without converting?

But the songs don't need to be "converted". They just need to be brought into iTunes. It's a fairly easy process. It should not be "hectic".

Hell I managed to get all my songs from Google onto iTunes! If I can do it easily anyone can!
