Why can't I import my Facebook contacts to my new iPhone 6?

i cant import my facebook contacts to my new iphone 6

I did the settings, Facebook, update contacts. It still wont update my Facebook contacts to my phone. Can anyone help. Also coming from a windows phone with a SD card to iPhone, is it possible to save my music and put it on my iPhone. I'm struggling.

This might help (see link below). As far as music, if you put the songs into iTunes, you can sync the songs to your iPhone.
