Why can't I get info on old apps and passwords,pics etc

When I bought my iPhone 4s I really didn't know how to use it. So my girlfriend would use it and I she downloaded photo lock apps and password lock apps I wanto to get all
That info how do I retrieve it

Get the girlfriend to give you the passwords...

Restore the IOS with iTunes, set up as a new device...
