why cant i get canon pixma cloud link printer to print

i want to simply print a document i have stored on my laptop to the printer. i have downloaded the disc supplied. i have registerede as an acer cloud user. driving me insane.

Are you trying to print from an iPhone, iPad or Mac?

You mentioned Acer. That is a Windows PC.
