Why can't I download new apps?

Can't retrieve new apps

I have a I phone 5, I can access apps but when I try to install it asks for password which is fine, then it just turns off. Password is ok but app goes back to normal

On your iPhone go to your iPhone account and make sure the information there is correct.
Also do you still have room for the new app?
