Why can't I download iTunes again?

Major Problem

Okay so I've always stayed up to date with iTunes, but unfortunately now my iTunes got deleted some how, & all I'm trying to do is upload another iTunes, but unfortunately it say's it's uploading but it's really not, so could you help me out anyway possible, thanks

On computer? Simply download from Apple and reinstall...

Why do you say it's not uploading? It doesn't open after it finishes?
