Why can't I download apps?

When I tap on a app I want to instal it loads for a few seconds and the download button reappears! I made sure my restrictions were off and I checked every system that can prevent this from happening

I'm going to *assume* you're using a Apple product since you didn't state otherwise.

1. Don't rule out that there could be an issue on Apple's end.
2. It's possible that you could be having internet-related issues.
3. Is your account payment information up to date?
4. Have you tried rebooting your device to see if you're then able to download any apps?
