Can't copy and paste on Facebook or instagram using IPhone 5

I can copy and paste on other things not Facebook or Instagram , I am using IOS 8.2

Seems to be a limitation/feature of those apps, the work around would be to use the websites for those operations. Both facebook and instagram have websites and from their you should be able to copy and paste from Safari or your browser of choice. :)

I've always been able to paste links to my Timeline on Facebook. You can copy comments in threads by long pressing on the upper part of the comment.
More can be done in the Facebook client Friendly+.

Bitmoji support says Facebook doesn't support it. Their recommendation is to save the image to your phone, then upload the image to the comments area. I use the Bitmoji App, and this works for me.
