Why can't I access iDrive on my iPad?

I cannot access I Drive on my I Pad

I have updated to IOS 8 and opened my I Drive. I have lost all photos in my Photo Stream and Camera Roll as well as all the photos contained in the folders. How do I now access the I Drive to see all the photos? Thanks
