Why canI not share attachments with an Android phone?

I can exchange text messages but cannot exchange any type of attachment like a photo.

I don't know. If I send a photo to someone who has an Android device, that person receives it.

You can take attachments into Box and create a link you can send to anyone pretty much. There's ways.
