Why can`t I receive or send emails?

not received e mail or been able to send for the last 5 days

On whatever device you're using to send and receive email, try the following:

1. Reboot
2. Delete the account from the device and then reconfigure the account on the device.
3. Check with your email service to make sure they are not experiencing issues with email and/or your account.
