Why can I not send pics on my 6 unless the recipients are using iMessage?

I cannot send or receive pics unless the person is using Imessage. When receving pics from non imessage users I have to open them under "view my message"

If everything was working fine with your old phone and your 6 is fairly new to you, Why not try and backup and then set up as new thru iTunes in case something happened during the initial setup and then use your backup to get the rest back on your phone.

Go to Settings - Messages and then toggle on the button next to "MMS Messaging".
