Why can I not send a text message without viber

Each time I try to send a text message to a person in my contact list I am unable to because viber keeps popping up to use

Is the contact connected to Viber? I don't use Viber. Not sure how you have everything set up.

I don't know. Try removing the Viber app from the deand then try to send your text messages.
