I am using a Samsung galaxy S6. I have a 2008 cts and this worked perfectly before. It randomly stopped working and now I cannot hear the called. The voice controls work on my car, the speaker on the car works and so does the volume. I have it turned up on the phone, and the car and mute is off.
I can make the call from my phone or from my car, there is just no sound. I have absolutely no idea why this is happening. I have restarted my phone multiple times. I am going to try disconnecting the phone form my car and then pair them back up next.
If anyone has had this happen to them I would really appreciate any advice on how to fix this.
