Animations not working after springboard crash

I installed a game "freddy skeing" or something and my springboard crashed as i tried to open it, after a restart the animations in opening an app and sliding between missed and all notifications dont work. they just pop up. im using an iphone 4 ios 7.1.2 jailbroken. thankyou

Remove the game and see if that helps.
