Why aren't incoming call details showing up?

Incoming call details are not showing up

After I upgraded my iphone 4s to iOS 9, The names of a contact are not showing up even for the contact which is saved in the phone. Any ideas?

Have you tried doing a hard reset on your phone (pressing and holding the wake and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo)? Are the names of the contacts showing up in the Messages app?
