Why are text and contacts being shared

I have 3 phones on my i cloud account. My daughter says she has her contacts turned off but the other two phones show her contacts - what is the issue and how do I fix.

Welcome to iMore! It's because they are all on the same iCloud account. Each one needs their own separate iCloud account. Also separate iMessage and Facetime ID's. You can share the iTunes ID if you want. But not the others.
