Why are old iTunes purchases showing (available to download) on my iPhone?

Old iTunes purchases showing (available to download) on iPhone

I have old iTunes albums showing in my Music on my iPhone 6+. They are not in my iTunes library on my computer and I do not want cluttering up the music on my iPhone. I have tried hiding them under iTunes->iTunes Store->Purchased->Not in My Library. I have also tried downloading an album on my iPhone then deleting it, but it only deletes it from my phone, but the album is still showing available for download.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Settings > iTunes & App Store > under "Show All" tap the green button next to "Music" to hide them.
