I just purchased 4th generation Apple TV. My boyfriend set it up using his account but only 2 movies downloaded. He has over 100 movies but it only shows 2. Tried everything reset and everything else. Not sure what to do. Please advise

Welcome to iMore! If the movies are purchased through iTunes with the same account that's logged into your Apple TV you should have access to them. Are they not listed in the Purchased section in the Movies app?
