Why are my purchased movies not loading on my new Apple TV?

iMore Question

I just purchased 4th generation Apple TV. My boyfriend set it up using his account but only 2 movies downloaded. He has over 100 movies but it only shows 2. Tried everything reset and everything else. Not sure what to do. Please advise
