Why are memories in photos not appearing everyday only some days

Why are photos only showing memories for some days not every day

Anyone else noticing this

I guess it has to do with the amount of photos shot on any given day.
What other factors there are in determining what's shown or what's not shown is not known to me.

Hopefully someone with more insight will answer this soon.
