I joined this discussion because I am a fan of cell phones period. I like, android, iOS, Win Mobile. All of them.
Your original post in this thread infers (at least to me) that this is a one-way street. While you dont say so directly, its easy to read between the lines.
If you dont feel that way then I apologize and retract everything I have said. If you do feel that way, then I say you are wrong.
You assumed wrong...in fact, if you go into the off-topic sub forum on this website, you'll see another discussion about this same exact topic, and i stick to my guns, while certainly NOT a one way street (all products have their radical fanboys that blindly support things with no real knowledge of what they are defending), it is plainly obvious that Android fanboys are much more hostile and aggressive towards iPhone fans than vice versa, they actually FLOOD websites (especially after events) with negativity. That's not to say that there arn't iPhone fans foaming at the mouth and attacking on first chance any Android fan that comes to pass...this is going to happen anywhere, but the balance is not equal, it's very lopsided.
Now me personally, I'm one that sways to the side of being happy with what i like, and hoping everyone else does the same...but that encounters a big issue when people come on this website, where the product i personally like is the focus, and they try to tell me that what i prefer is wrong...that my opinion and preference is some how less accurate than their own, and that I'm some how making a mistake by having said opinion. That is what i refer to when i talk about Android fanboys...and they tend to spread like warm butter on bread, especially after an iPhone announcement. Look at the negative posts right now...this happens EVERY year, regardless of which iPhone you look at (besides the first), and then after a few weeks, the trolls leave.
