reset my tablet to factory settings tablet will not resink to iphone
i can not retreive my existing account on my tablet

What do you mean you are "unable to recall Clash of Clans" on your 'tablet'? Are you saying you cannot reinstall it? If so, why not? Can't you sign in to the iTunes & App Store and then re-download the app via the 'purchased' section of the App Store? If I'm misunderstanding your post, my apologies. Please explain yourself a bit better.

You lost your progress? Nothing you can do unless you have it backed up to iCloud. But you would need to restore and set up with iCloud back up. Someone help me if I'm wrong.
