Cant get sound on telephone
Hi, welcome to iMore.
Please make sure the switch at the left side of your phone is flipped up, make sure there is no crescent moon
next to your clock and make sure you have checked Settings > Sounds if there was a ringtone selected. Furthermore, turn up the volume in Settings > Sounds, disable "Change With Buttons" and press the volume button on the left with the plus on it till your volume is turned to max.
Try calling yourself with another phone or have somebody do it and you will hear a ring this time.
