I bought an unlocked sim free 128gb iphone 6 upon its release. I placed my Att sim form my unlocked 64 gb iPhone 5S. The call waiting is grayed out so I could not enable it. My caller id displayed although I had it disabled. I went to Apple Store and replaced the phone with another one but the same issues occurred. Please help.

Did you contact the carrier? I would think they would be the ones to enable call waiting as a feature.
